Double Sided Foam Tapes

Technibond built its reputation on double sided foam tapes and these products are unique to us.

HSA™ is a very high shear cross-linked pure acrylic adhesive coated on a tough but flexible PE foam carrier, supplied as standard on our production aid film liner. A very high specification tape, and the benchmark of its type. Available white or black, 1 or 2mm thick.

Techniflex™ Acrylic Tapes

Manufactured by Technibond, Techniflex is our premium range of solid and foamed all-acrylic bonding tapes.

Techniflex products offer outstanding bond strength and environmental resistance and can often replace welds, rivets and structural adhesives.

• The all-acrylic construction is highly visco-elastic, so the tape flows slightly over time to fill gaps and accommodate substrate movement without bond failure

Techniseal™ Foam Sealants

Fire retardant PVC foam tape sealants: conformable foam providing effective water, dust and air seals, along with insulation and vibration damping.

Techniseal is a range of self adhesive foamed PVC dry sealants, available in a variety of densities and thicknesses. The foam is adhesive coated on one side to allow application to one surface, with the opposite face lightly bonded to a paper liner to prevent stretching during application.

Cleaning Wipes

A clean surface means a great bond!

Technibond high performance pre-impregnated wipes use a fast drying solvent for cleaning and degreasing plastics, glass and metals, without leaving a surface residue. They contain no chlorinated or aromatic hydrocarbons and can replace cloths and bottles of solvent on the shop floor. A citrus odour also makes the wipes pleasant to use.

Adhesive tape doesn’t just come in rolls! We can cut most of our tapes into just about any shape and size, from standard square pads to large complex custom diecuts.

Ready-cut tapes speed up production and eliminate waste. We can even provide easy release features for faster application. Rolls are cut to any width, from 1.6mm up to full log width (1 metre or wider).
