Double-sided tapes to assemble wing mirrors, that bond permanently and withstand all outdoor conditions.

These products may have to be applied in cold conditions, and in use they have to withstand freezing cold as well as hot conditions; rain, salt spray and solvents; vibration and impact. They also have to conform to OEM and International standards and specifications. They are some of our highest performance products.

Commercial vehicle body building: 2mm HTAF bonding tape

• Closed cell waterproof foam, ideal for roof sticks and top hat sections
• High tack acrylic adhesive suitable for cold weather conditions
• Production aid film liner lets aluminium roof sheeting slide into position before the adhesive is exposed. Once in position, the liner is simply pulled out to form a secure bond
• PE foam core acts as an insulator to stop electrolytic corrosion
• Resists lateral movement even at high temperatures

uPVC in outdoor conditions often undergoes large and repeating dimensional changes due to temperature cycling. Wood in outdoor conditions moves due to moisture content changes.
